Stage 2 of land lease homes, costing from $649,000 to $1.29 million, at B by Halcyon at Buderim on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast have been brought forward to meet demand.
Stage 1 of the community’s Canopy Release sold out and 50% of Stage 2 has already been sold.
Positioned differently to every other land lease home design, these homes are two levels (see photo) and comes with a Tesla battery as standard.
Included in the latest release is the sought after ‘Rainforest Series’, 12 homes with direct frontage to a 100-year-old rainforest.
