Ingenia has won Best Land Lease Community and Employee of the Year for Land Lease Communities at the Caravanning and Camping Industry Association NSW (CCIA) Awards for Excellence 2022.

Ingenia Lifestyle Latitude One in Port Stephens won Land Lease Community of the Year, with judges acknowledging its design, lifestyle offering, and popularity. Ingenia Communities Operations Manager NSW Kerryn Deacon said she was “thrilled” with what the community had achieved.

“It’s great to have the hard work and dedication that our Latitude One team has put into the community be rewarded.

“Of course, the community would not be able to win without the incredible residents who come together and create such a beautiful environment for each other,” she said.

Land Lease Employee of the Year went to Ann Blair (pictured), Community Manager at Plantations by Ingenia Lifestyle in Woolgoolga, who said it was “stunning” to win.

“I was very excited when they called out my name. There are so many incredibly talented people in this industry, to even be nominated was such a privilege.

“I’m so grateful I had some of my fellow Ingenia team members there to celebrate with me. Although it’s an individual award, I would never have won without the support of my team behind me – it truly was a team effort to bring this home,” she said.
