A seven-storey, 42-unit retirement village is among the multimillion-dollar apartment building projects taking shape on the Sunshine Coast’s skyline.
Plantation Cotton Tree – located 10 minutes’ walk Maroochydore Beach – is being developed by Plantation Retirement Resorts (previously Oasis Retirement Resorts), with Vantage Group handling the build.
Plantation also operates retirement villages in Morayfield and Rosemount.
All of the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at the village have already been sold, and Plantation hopes to open doors next May.
