The latest Westpac Leading Conversations at the Wharf in Brisbane featured Sean Graham, CEO of Aura Holdings; Jason Eldering, CEO of Southern Cross Care Queensland; Dan Aitchison, CEO of Palm Lake Care; Kaizaad Mehta, National Head of Health, Westpac, and Adam Crombie, Relationship Director, Westpac. 

DCM Group CEO Chris Baynes asked Sean, Jason and Daniel: "Are you seeing a challenge in residents finding positions in hospitals or residential aged care."  

Jason (pictured centre with Adam Crombie (left), Relationships Director, Westpac, and Ian Horswill, Content Editor, DCM Group (right)), said there is a gap between retirement living and aged care. He wants a “low care” model similar to the UK’s model for the elderly to fill the gap.
