Stage 2 is the final part of the Not For Profit’s intergenerational project in the suburb, 26km west of Sydney’s CBD.
The Weekly SOURCE reported in November last year, builder Taylor, who completed the $74.5 million Stage 1 of two six-storey mixed-use buildings designed by Marchese Partners I Life3A in late 2020, had been chosen to construct Stage 2.
Simon Furness, Director of Property and Housing at Uniting, said the “expansion of Park Meadows by Uniting means we can continue to provide a continuum of care for our local seniors that prioritises independence and wellbeing, alongside the security of staying close to those they know and love, even as care needs may change.”
Set for completion in mid-2027, the new village will provide a variety of amenities for existing and future residents, their families and local community.
