“All anyone wanted to know was ‘when can we move in?’”: Sally Taylor, Retirement by Moran Managing Director

More than 130 interested parties attended the first Information Session for the proposed Indigo by Moran over-60s retirement village on the site of the decommissioned Wesley Taylor Narrabeen, 23km northeast of Sydney's CBD.

Dr Shane Moran, Chairman of Retirement by Moran, talked about his pride in his family’s 60-year legacy in this space and how Indigo by Moran represents his passion for the retirement living industry.

All attendees were provided an extensive survey form where they could provide their personal views about what was of most importance to them in the design and resolution of the village. The feedback received from the community was invaluable and will play a crucial role in the planning of this inspiring development.

“All anyone wanted to know was “when can we move in?”,” said Sally Taylor, Managing Director of Retirement by Moran (pictured).

Retirement by Moran, the village arm of Dr Moran’s Provectus Care, agreed to buy the site in October 2023 and settled the purchase in April 2024.
