Anglicare has completed the $189 million expansion of its premium aged care home and retirement living apartments at Woolooware Shores.
As we reported here the project, delivered by Growthbuilt, was approved despite some of the new buildings exceeding the 16-metre height restriction for the area by 6.2 metres.
The site was originally the home of the Toyota car factory, and “contaminated material” had forced Anglicare to build on top of the existing site rather than excavate.
