Adrian Puljich and Singapore’s Thakral Corporation have reached out to J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley to set up introductory meetings with listed equities investors to see if there is sufficient interest in an Initial Public Offering for GemLife.
Thakral last month stated GemLife settled 355 homes in 2024 and has 1,804 homes occupied and on track to deliver 6500 homes by 2033. Thakral’s stated its investment segment saw higher revenue of $18.7 million in FY2024, largely due to GemLife.
Adrian Puljich has grown GemLife into one of Australia’s largest privately owned land lease developer, owner and operator, with 14 communities across Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia.
