Anika Wells tells Q&A 24/7 RNs will be achieved “as quickly as we can”

The Aged Care Minister would not reveal how many aged care homes would achieve 24/7 RN coverage by the 1 July 2023 deadline on this week’s Q&A program, which aired on the ABC on Monday night.

Minister Wells said the figures change daily, but the “vast majority” would meet the deadline.

“We will get there as quickly as we possibly can,” was the extent of her commitment.
