The respected builder of superior developments, Lend Lease, has announced it intends to
incorporate more villages in its planned residential estates, (built under the Delfin brand).
Their retirement village brand is Retirement By Design and they currently have 15 villages
across NSW, Victoria, SA and Queensland. Five are still under development. Last week
they also bought Lutunda Manor at Pennant Hills in Sydney for $16 million, which they
were already managing.
