Palm Lake Works win Master Builders Association Sunshine Coast awards for fifth successive year

The company, the building team behind all Palm Lake Resort construction projects, won two awards at the recent event.

Master Builders Association Sunshine Coast judges named Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters’ “Cimarron” two-storey display residence (pictured) the best in its category and the renovation of Pelican Waters Golf Club was named best Commercial Refurbishment/Renovation project. The two projects sit side-by-side in this Sunshine Coast suburb.

Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters is styled on the exclusive, internationally renowned holiday haven of Palm Springs in the US. Cimarron features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, Smeg kitchen appliances, 3m high ceilings, fireplace and a plunge pool.

Separately, the Golf Club has been transformed from its original decades-old 1124sqm structure. The original building was completely gutted and extensively refitted before being completed with Australia’s first ever Greg Norman-designed 18-hole mini golf course.
