The New Zealand offshoot won four awards, and the nation’s leading Not For Profit aged care operator Bolton Clarke received two awards.
Sydney-based luxury care home operator Mark Moran Group, Rockpool Residential Aged Care, The Pure Food, mCare Digital the Sunshine Coast’s newest aged care home, each won an award at the event in Singapore.
Janice Chia, Founder of Ageing Asia, said the 2024 awards attracted 186 submissions from 19 countries, with participation from 99 companies.
For the second year in a row, Ryman was named ‘Operator of the Year - Ageing in Place’ for its continuum of care model. It also was named Operator of the Year – Assisted Living; its Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village in Ocean Grove, on the Bellarine Peninsula near Geelong, won ‘Design of the Year - Interior Design’ and Ryman’s award-winning myRyman Resident App was named ‘Innovation of the Year - Technology Social Engagement’.
Bolton Clarke was awarded Operator of the Year – Active Ageing and Innovation of the Year – employee well-being.
Mark Moran Group’s Warrawee home was named Facility of The Year – Active Ageing (Residential).
Rockpool Residential Aged Care’s $44 million Rockpool Pelican Waters on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, which was officially opened in November 2023, was awarded Design of the Year - Care Suite.
