Two years after construction started, the greenfield residential property developer is at Stage Three of its first land lease community, in the village 36km southwest of Port Macquarie, NSW, with a second LLC in planning.

Monterey will have over 200 homes when complete in 2027.

Its clubhouse, approximately 1600sqm, with its array of interior and exterior amenities, is designed to be the heart of the community.

“The success of Monterey means we are exploring future opportunities for LLC. We are working on our second community in the Foster/Tuncurry region,” a spokesperson said.
