OSHR At Vaucluse Holdings Pty Ltd, whose sole director is Kam Yun Au-Yeung, is behind a development application (DA) by Blare Management for 37 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for seniors living over two buildings of four levels.

This design prepared by Bates Smart involves the demolition of existing buildings on the 4345sqm site at 671-683 Old South Head Road in Vaucluse, 8km east of Sydney’s CBD.

The apartments, predominately three-bedroom (68%) will be supported by a diverse range of “hotel style” facilities located at ground level and fronting a landscaped courtyard.

The project appears to be the latest iteration of a retirement community planned at Vaucluse by OSHR At Vaucluse Holdings Pty Ltd.

A similar nearby project was also planned by the same holding company but the plans were met with consternation by local councillors, according to media reports at the time.
