Cranbrook Care opens new luxury Sydney aged care home

1 min read

Luxury aged care provider Cranbrook Care has opened a modern extension to Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe in Neutral Bay, about 1.5km north of Sydney’s CBD.

Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe now has 77 rooms, and combines the original heritage building, which had 24 rooms, with a modern extension, featuring spacious, light-filled interiors designed by Pike Withers, curated artworks, and custom-designed furnishings and fixtures.

The original rooms are now being refurbished, a spokesperson told The SOURCE. Residents remained living in the original residence while the extension was being completed.

The full spectrum of contemporary aged care services is available to residents, including 24/7 registered nurse care, physiotherapy, dementia care, palliative care, and the Reflections Wellness Centre with a gymnasium, massage room and hair and beauty salon.

There is strong interest in the home, says Cranbrook Care CEO Lee Carissa. Only a few rooms remain in the new extension.

Cranbrook Care has been delivering luxury aged care and retirement living services since 2000. The provider’s aged care portfolio also includes homes on the Central Coast and in Sydney in Bella Vista Gardens, Kellyville, Bayswater Gardens and Abbotsford.
