Set to open in late January, Fairway Carindale’s first stage, Ivy and Aster, includes 52 luxury apartments within Pacific Golf Club’s 53ha site.
“The approaching completion of Fairway’s first stage is a significant milestone for the project,” said Reside Communities CEO & Co-Founder Glen Brown (pictured).
“We’ve received incredibly positive feedback from downsizers both locally and interstate, including from regions as far as Dubbo (NSW Central West), which is a testament to the value and lifestyle on offer.”
The development has also included the delivery of new clubhouse facilities for the established Pacific Golf Club. These are set to be complete in mid-December.
A select number of apartments remain for sale at Fairway Carindale, starting at $555,000 for a one-bedroom residence, up to $1.22 million for three-bedrooms with direct ground floor golf course frontage. The development’s most luxurious $2.5 million penthouse series are sold.
Fairway Carindale’s second stage will deliver a further 125 apartments and amenities including a recreational platform overlooking the golf course. Once completed the master planned community will have 177 apartments.
Fairway Carindale will be the fourth project in Reside’s portfolio of projects including the recent expansions to Brookland Robertson and Samford Grove. Esperance Hope Island, a $250 million master-planned Gold Coast waterfront community completed its first stage earlier this year, with construction underway on stage 2.
