The NSW Government’s Northern Regional Planning Panel has approved the development application to add another community next to its existing community in the town of Woolgoolga, 550km north of Sydney. 

It will be 180 new homes plus community facilities. 
 
Ethos Urban provided planning and economics services to Ingenia from the due diligence phase through to DA approval. 
 
Plantations by Ingenia Lifestyle was finished in 2022.
