1 min read

With its first land lease community Tallowood Meadowie capable of having 216 brick veneer homes on a 20ha site, the Sydney-based business now has four further projects.

It is the owner of the Oasis Caravan Park in Kanwal, NSW Central Coast, which The Weekly SOURCE reported last Tuesday is well advanced with its planning proposal to build 675 apartments on site, including 102 apartments designated for affordable rental housing, and 200 apartments for independent living for seniors.

Stratford Gardens in Tahmoor, 97km southwest of Sydney’s CBD, is the next land lease communityu off the rank with its Stage 1 release coming soon. It will have 200 homes on completion. There are five home choices.

As VivaCity’s map shows, it also has plans for land lease communities in Berkeley, a suburb of Wollongong, the city 92km south of Sydney, with 78 homes, and Farley, Maitland, the city 166km north of Sydney, with 254 homes.
