Nicholas Collishaw and Ben Hindmarsh’s land lease business has launched its 22nd community in Spring Flat, just outside the town of Mudgee, 261km northwest of Sydney.
Lincoln Place has permission to put 206 manufactured homes on the master planned site in a project costing over $14 million.
A range of homes from $495,000, which has two-bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a car space, are on offer.
In five years, Nick (pictured right) and Ben have over 3,300 home sites under operation and in development.
Mudgee, which has an estimated population of 15,999 (at 30 June 2022), has two retirement communities. Oak Tree Retirement Village Mudgee and Hampshire Villages’ Mudgee Lifestyle Estate.
