The 131 apartment vertical retirement facility built and owned by the Jurkovic Group, an Adelaide-based vertically integrated group of companies, in Findon, 6.5km northwest of Adelaide's CBD, has sold all but one apartment with three months to go before completion. 

In July last year, residents aged 60 to 90 moved into the first two buildings of Jurkovic Group's debut retirement village which also featured a library, cinema, community garden, 24-hour concierge, gym, pool, fine-dining restaurant, GP and allied health services. The third building, with 35 additional apartments, opened in September. The fourth building has a further 35 units, totalling 131 apartments.
