Palm Lake Resort stick with VIA Architects for Master Plan of 500-home Dundowran Beach, Hervey Bay, QLD

The multi-award winning Melbourne-based consultancy, which has worked with Managing Director Scott Elliott and his team on multiple large-scale Palm Lake Resort projects, including Pelican Waters (322 homes), Paynesville (195) and Yamba (79), which are all on track for a 2024 completion, will work together for its latest project at Dundowran Beach, Hervey Bay.

"Palm Lake Resort at Dundowran is set to be the benchmark in retirement and lifestyle resort living in the region of Hervey Bay, a nationally recognised hotspot for retirees," said Suzanne Jensen, General Manager, Development, Palm Lake Group.

On approximately 460,000sq/m the plan for Dundowran Beach, revealed to The SOURCE in September last year, is for up to 500 manufactured homes and amenities.
