Portarlington Lifestyle Village's land lease village has 92 two- and three-bedroom homes for over 55s. Now the operator has gone to the Council of Greater Geelong to build a further 37 two-bedroom dwellings in a paddock next door to the existing village, with designs by RUBI Architects.
The proposed development application includes 50 single and dual secure carport spaces to dwelling lots with a further 37 visitor car parking spaces adjoining caravan storage areas part of the DA.
