Rob Evans has his hands full with his $70 million first venture, right next door to Bendigo Golf Course, 150km north of Melbourne’s CBD, hoping to take its first residents next year.
City of Great Bendigo Council approved the development of a 147-home lifestyle community in November 2021.
“We have two more in planning. It’s very exciting,” said Vital Communities’ Head of Acquisitions and Planning, who plans to price his homes $150,000 below the suburb’s median house price.
“We have a fantastic location on the Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia, which offers a brilliant lifestyle only 45 minutes from Adelaide and the demand is huge. Vital Fleurieu Beachside is scheduled to be possibly ready in 2025.
“In a month-and-a-half I hope to begin seeking purchasers for Vital Lilydale, which is just 50 homes, in a lakeside location east of Melbourne.”
