Final stage of Aveo Group’s Island Point Retirement Living on NSW South Coast on sale

The final 33 villas are being built at the resort at St Georges Basin, approximately 200km south of Sydney.

When complete, Aveo Group’s 18th retirement community in NSW will have 157 villas.

Island Point’s Sales Manager Ellen Jennings says the community has become highly sought after by retirees locating to the Shoalhaven region.

“Residents are a mix coming from the local area or drawn from outside the region by the relaxed lifestyle and natural beauty. The location is really something and offers modern services, nearby popular local clubs and the lake where several of our residents’ swim or fish.”
