Describing itself as a “boutique organisation that provides excellence in aged care, accommodation and services to older Australians”, the provider’s State Significant Development Application for the suburb, 6km northeast of Sydney’s CBD, is on public exhibition.

Pathways Residences’ latest project, known as Cremorne Amara by Pathways, includes 60 independent living units across one eight-storey and two four-storey apartment blocks, and a five-storey residential care facility, created by Morrison Design Partnership and Chrofi. There are also two basement levels of parking for 134 cars.

The buildings will feature rooftop communal open spaces, a public park, and landscaping by Brendan Moar and Svalbe & Co.

Totaling 7,353m, the land is R4 High Density Residential, a block from the main Military Road.

Pathways own and operate three aged care residences in the Sydney suburbs of Northbridge, Killara and Cronulla. The company, helmed by Graeme Skerritt, is building Pathways Longueville in Lane Cove, 9km northwest of Sydney’s CBD.
