Grandton Applecross luxury RV in Perth to complete in 2024

Construction is well underway on the Grandton Applecross luxury retirement village in Perth, with the second level now in progress and completion expected in early 2024.

Situated near the Swan River, Grandton Applecross will – according to CEO John Frame (pictured) – be a “reimagining” of seniors living, with apartments that can be adapted and changed to meet different care and living requirements over residents’ lifetimes.

“Grandton Applecross is unique in applying the Grandton Model, and will in effect be a luxury retirement village where residents own their own apartment home (strata) within a vibrant community setting that is adaptable to accommodate the residents’ personal and clinical care requirements through smart design and cost-effective service delivery into their home,”
he told The Weekly SOURCE.

John told the DCM Group LEADERS SUMMIT Masterclass in Sydney last week that Grandton Applecross will be an 80-unit building built to 9C aged care standards.

“The Grandton model actually was designed to give our residents in a retirement village the opportunity to live in their apartment home by accessing cost effective personal and care services on demand, and by being in a community environment,” he said.

Construction began in November last year.
