Lendlease Retirement Living given approval for $80M co-located village in Canberra

Lendlease Retirement Living has been given approval for its $80 million Gold Creek Homestead development in Canberra.

The development is an extension to the adjoining The Grove Ngunnawal, a retirement village, of 45 new two- and three-bedroom independent villas.

There will also be a new 124-bed residential aged care facility built. It will be operated by Arcare Aged Care.

The historic Gold Creek Homestead will be retained and restored. It will become a purpose-built amenity space surrounded by green open space and manicured gardens for residents and the community.
