Malaysian healthcare provider, KPJ has announced its purchase of 51% of Jeta Gardens in Bethania, Queensland for approximately AUD$45 million. Jeta Gardens is an Asian themed retirement village and aged care complex offering 108 beds, 23 units of retirement villas and 32 units of apartments located on 64 acres of land.
