Gold Coast site approved for 130-bed aged care home for sale through receivers

The nearly 9,000sqm site in Parkwood, 5km from the Gold Coast, is owned by SDA Property's No 4 Pty Ltd, which has gone into administration.

The selling agents are Knight Frank's Sam Biggins, Partner, National Head of Healthcare & Life, and Sales Executive Clem Stack.

Gold Coast Jewish Foundation for the Aged had plans for the aged care home approved in 2018, but put the property up for sale later that year. The Foundation then purchased the site at 2 Uplands Drive in 2013 for $1.18 million.

The site has been cleared for development. The DA approval is valid for one more year.

Expressions of interest close on 1 May 2025.
