Known as Goolagong, the new release at Sydney’s first ‘six-star’ retirement living development in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, includes seven ground-floor one and two-bedroom apartments that will be released to the public in May.
Mr Moran says he expects there will be strong competition for the apartments from local Eastern Suburbs buyers and retirees in other parts of Sydney, including the North Shore.
