The Not For Profit, which bought The Grange Lifestyle Village in February 2022, has been given planning approval to increase the size of the village, in the largest inland city in NSW, from 159 independent living villas to 196.
BaptistCare also owns Watermark Village in the city, 452km southwest of Sydney.
The work on The Grange Lifestyle Village, set on 20.51ha, is scheduled to finish in 2026. It is one of 12 retirement villages BaptistCare owns and operates in NSW and the ACT.
