The Green Family have placed their two Kensington Gardens titled retirement villages in regional NSW and Victoria up for sale, with almost 400 ILUs between them.
With over 20 years village operations behind them, they still retain a new 224 unit village development in Bundaberg, their home state.
The villages at Shepparton (pictured), with 169 occupied units, and Albury, with 223 occupied and three vacant units, have been listed through Colliers, which notes that there is room for another 140 units at Shepparton and 120 at Albury.
“Kensington Gardens comprises two high-quality mature Retirement Villages with significant further development potential.
“Both villages boast strong sale rates and extremely high levels of occupancy, located in two major regional hubs across Victoria and New South Wales,” the listing reads.
Expressions of interest close on 15 March.
