A one-day program was assembled for the first meeting of ACCPA (pending name change) RL members with over double the planned delegates attending.

Seating was provided for 80 and 164 delegates attended, requiring the room and seating to be expanded.

Speakers included Cathy Hecimovich, CEO of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association; Daniel Aitchison, CEO, Palm Lake Care; Kevin McCretin, Owner, Catalyst Research, and Stuart Nicolson, CEO and Director, One Fell Swoop. All up there were 13 speakers.
