With the first residents scheduled to move in later this year, Not for Profit Ozcare’s flagship co-located Rendu Towers in Newstead, 3.3 km northeast of Brisbane’s GPO, still has two of its most expensive apartments at the top of the first tower unsold.

Rendu Towers will be two retirement towers co-located with an aged care facility, commercial office and retail space. It is being built by Hutchinson Builders.

Two of its five three-bedroom Sky Homes, on the 14th and 15th floors, remain unsold, along with one of three Sky Pavilions on the 14th storey. Everything else has sold.

Stage two pre-sales have begun.

The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are from $590,000 based on a 30% Deferred Management Fee.
