Baptcare CEO Geraldine Lannon appointed ACCPA Deputy Chairperson

The head of the faith-based, Not For Profit organisation providing services in residential care, retirement living, home care, disability, seniors’ housing and a number of other services across Victoria was appointed to the role at a board meeting of the peak body on 13 February.

Geraldine serves on the board of the Aged & Community Providers Association (ACCPA) as its Victorian representative.

"In her time on ACCPA's board, Geraldine has demonstrated a strong commitment to the work of ACCPA in supporting its members and the aged care industry," said ACCPA in a statement posted on Linked today. 

Geraldine, who was appointed CEO of Baptcare in September 2022, has almost 30 years’ executive leadership experience in aged care, public health and community services. She has served on a number of boards including a large, Not For Profit aged care provider in Western Australia and the Health Round Table, which provides data analytics to hospitals across Australia and New Zealand. 

The CEO is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has received a Western Australian Health Award for Effectiveness Through Clinical Engagement and been a finalist in the Telstra Women’s Business Awards.
