Patrick Smith’s pioneering 34-level lifestyle resort in Southport in the Gold Coast is the latest operator to install the eCase aged care software platform to help manage the delivery of its home care services across its retirement living and private aged care operations. 

The Henley on Broadwater, which is for people aged over 70 and offers a maximum five-year Deferred Management Fee of 30%, devotes one entire floor to private aged care.  

Last month, Amaroo Care Services in Western Australia, which has been bought by Uniting, elected to use the eCase aged care software platform to help manage its residential aged care and home care operations. Amaroo provides retirement living, residential aged care and home care services across five locations. 

Health Metrics now has over 170 clients across residential care, retirement villages, home care, disability care and primary healthcare in Australia and New Zealand.
