Will Egan, CEO of healthcare education platform Ausmed, says home care staff, who often work remotely and alone, will be able to use generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a verbal interface in the future to debrief after a difficult visit before they go on to their next client.
This was one of many prospects for generative AI discussed at DCM Group's latest Conversations at the Wharf event, which followed the theme 'Using AI to deliver large-scale competency training in the Home and Residential Care Sectors'.
In attendance at the event were:
- Melissa Duffey, Executive Manager People, Feros Care
- Nick Hansen, COO, Ozcare
- Cara Benoit, Executive Leader People and Culture, Lutheran Services
- Will Egan, CEO, Ausmed
- Chris Baynes, CEO and Founder, DCM Group, and
