The Not For Profit provider has announced two VIC sites and one NSW site that will be built adjacent to either proposed or existing Lendlease retirement villages.
As we reported here, Catholic Healthcare first partnered up with the operator in February 2018 in a vertical retirement village and aged care hub project in the Melbourne CBD.
The new sites include a 144-bed facility in the east Melbourne suburb of Richmond (pictured), a 108-bed facility in Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula (97 kilometres south of Melbourne CBD), and a 144-bed facility in Jordan Springs in Western Sydney (61 kilometres from the CBD).
