The 182-bed aged care facility will be built alongside an 80-bed Medihotel, an 80-bed public and private mental health unit and a Health Urgent Care Clinic for Aegis Health at the integrated mixed-use development Murdoch Health & Knowledge Precinct, 12km south of Perth’s CBD.
Aegis Aged Care Group, the largest approved provider in WA with over 3,000 residents at 30 facilities, is a major player in DevelopmentWA's 9.6ha MHKP, which will ultimately be home to 1,200 dwellings for 2,400 residents, as well as 45,000sqm of health, retail and commercial space.
The final two lots of MHKP’s Stage 1 have been released to the market.
