Motel to make way for new aged care facility on NSW Mid North Coast

The joint application by All About Planning and Lake Cathie Manor would see the existing motel at Lake Cathie, 400km north of Sydney near Port Macquarie, demolished and replaced with a 126-bed aged care facility.

The single-storey building would include six connected wings linked by a central hub.

The site also includes a 15-lot Torrens title subdivision.
