Cameron Goffage, General Manager Operations & Sales, said the Aware Super-owned retirement village operator, founded by Mark Bindon and Franco De Pasquale, is meeting the demand by carrying out the approved expansion and completion of four retirement villages in New South Wales.

The work, which will start within the next month, is:

  • Armidale (Taylor Street village): 32 villas, the majority three-bedroom;
  • Dubbo: 38 villas, majority two-bedroom;
  • Mudgee: a mixture of two- and three-bedroom villas for a total of 64; and
  • Coffs Harbour: 26 two- and three-bedroom villas under construction with a final 10 villas approved.

"The timeframes are for construction to commence within the next month and for completion over the next 12 to 18 months," said Cameron.
