Treeview Estates retirement village in the NSW Blue Mountains is almost sold out of its final stage after 16 years of development.

Founded by Andrew Evetts in 2006, Treeview opened its Lifestyle Centre four years later, and now features 148 villas; its final stage now has only five villas remaining to be sold, according to its website.

“Treeview is an over-55s community with only owner occupiers and central amenities that nurture friendships, community, and a sense of belonging.

“Our final release includes exciting new floorplans boasting our largest villas to date with exceptional, contemporary finishes.

“In addition, all of our new homes are equipped with the latest conveniences, including remote control garage door, ducted and zoned heating and cooling systems, modern kitchen and bathrooms, spacious master suites with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, plus a covered rear courtyard,” the operator said.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom “Kurrajong” and three-bed, three-bath “Jamison” villas are available for $579,000 and $639,000 respectively.
