Tulich Moves onto stage two of Penrith Panther Expansion

Veteran retirement village and co-located care operator Tulich Family Communities has kickstarted the second stage of its $100 million expansion in Penrith, western Sydney, The Royce.

The six-storey development, in partnership with Penrith Panther League’s Club, will offer 87 retirement living apartments, allied health rooms, a beauty salon, and a private residents and members’ bar.

Maurice Tulich has been a leader of the modern retirement village movement in Sydney since opening the doors of his first village in 1995 with his partner Curtis Mann.
