RetireAustralia’s Queens Park retirement village in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs up for sale

Colliers has listed the management and partial strata ownership of RetireAustralia’s Queens Park retirement village in Waverley, 7km east of Sydney’s CBD, for sale.

The retirement village has 42 independent living units/serviced apartments, with 27 freehold strata ownership for sale. It sits on a 2,248 sqm site.

Queens Park Retirement Village is positioned immediately opposite the 26ha Queens Park, and close to Randwick Medical Precinct, which includes two major infrastructure projects – the redevelopment of the Sydney Children’s Hospital and the $1.5 billion Randwick Health and Innovation Precinct.

The village also adjoins a newly developed Bupa aged care facility.

Expressions of interest close at 3pm on 1 June.

There are 36 retirement living locations in Queens Park on villages.com.au.
