Family-owned aged care operator TriCare will open its first Victorian project next month, when Williams Landing opens its doors.
The $30 million, four-storey project with 126 beds is located 19km south west of the Melbourne CBD.
The private operator acquired the land from ASX-listed developer Cedar Woods, who will built the facility.TriCare currently has nine retirement villages and 15 residential aged care facilities in Queensland and NSW.
