Ingenia Communities started its journey under former CEO Simon Owen buying caravan parks and turning them into land lease communities.

Now the family-owned caravan park on the banks of St. Helens Creek, in Calen, 54km north of Mackay, is for sale through real estate business Parks and Communities with an asking price of $1.85 million.

Set on 2.43ha, St Helens Gardens Tourist Park has 28 sites and eight ensuite cabins.
