NewDirection Care launched in late 2017 with its Bellmere MICRO TOWN®, the first in Australia to care for people with complex care needs, including younger onset dementia, in facilities that resemble typical communities, with a grocery store, community centre, hairdressers and more.

Subsequently Natasha has been joined by her son Justin and brother Greg in the business.
