Serenitas has turned the first sod on the clubhouse at its Thyme Evans Head land lease community on the NSW North Coast.
The multi-million-dollar clubhouse, expected to open next year, will provide homeowners with community and wellness facilities such as indoor pool, bowling green, and arts and crafts studio.
According to Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols, the building will be “state of the art in both its design and function”.
“The positive response to what we have created so far has been exceptional with our team accelerating our project plan to meet demand. The new clubhouse will no doubt enhance what is already a truly remarkable coastal community.
“The design and facilities of this clubhouse are such an important component in cultivating a thriving community, as they encourage homeowners to socialise with one another, build friendships and participate in health and wellness activities,” he said.
Thyme Evans Head opened earlier this year.
