The volume of new projects, scale and innovation is significant, from achieving the first DA approval for a vertical land lease development (which he tells us has been a 12 year project) to introducing private 5G networks into his communities to support health related wearables and maintenance and management efficiencies.
In the video he mentions two new communities will be built to join its existing GemLife Woodend community in Victoria. A development application has been lodged in New Gisborne in the Macedon Ranges and another we understand will be coming for central regional Victoria.
