Following a successful launch in Canada and the United States, leading aged care tech provider AlayaCare has launched the Client Intelligence Suite, a tool that can generate automatic alerts to care staff of potential risks for clients and reduce admin time.

The Client Intelligence Suite integrates clinical notes, client data, and predictive analytics using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) technology combined with AlayaCare’s proprietary Predictive Risk Model (PRM).
The PRM uses clinical and visit data to create a risk model for each client to enable care workers to anticipate adverse events or hospitalisations, enabling proactive intervention.
The Client Intelligence Suite enables staff to quickly triage clients with a visual dashboard, and minimises their time spent on manual tasks.

It has been tested in beta mode by leading home care providers in Australia, including Absolute Care & Health.
